I had given up on trying anymore Caribbean food in psl because they just wasn’t good, until I came across Mannou’s kitchen food truck on TikTok and the food is just as good as it looks. You definitely get enough food for 2 people. Her Mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Her location is just off of Prima vista it only took me 10 to get there and everything when I say everything was FRESH. 10/10 Service and food‼️

Love this place, it’s became one of the premier food trucks here in River Park. Everything is good & seasoned to perfection in my experience, I cannot recommend the oxtail or goat enough. Mannous kitchen got me back on mac and cheese after falling off it these last few years. Very kind & welcoming folks running this business, don’t miss out!!

I stopped by to grab a bite during my sons baseball practice. The owner was very kind and personable! I ordered the poule simple. It came with 3 fried chicken legs, fried plantains and pikliz. The food was fresh and DELICIOUS! This was my first time trying Haitian food and it did not disappoint! I will be back! 🤤
